Great staff, faulty products. Last 3 trips have had something wrong with the cart. Bought a battery from them within the past week and it had a bad coil. Refused a replacement and had to pay $12 for a new one. The manager of shift was great and accommodating, but made it clear it was the establishment rules he couldn’t replace the item. Loved their products, but sadly won’t be returning. :(

I had the best experience at the Purple Co in Bangor today! I am honestly a pretty picky customer who can’t make decisions for the life of them but the budtender who helped me worked with me so kindly and did not rush me or make me feel bad for how long I was taking at all. I wish I remembered the name of the budtender because they were so good at their job! It was a person with green hair and great style! The selection at Purple Co is always amazing, especially if you are looking for concentrates. Sometimes I get overwhelmed by the sheer amount of choices but the budtender worked carefully with me to help me make the best decision! I went to the store in the morning and the experience set me up for a great day. Such great vibes and even better employees! I just moved to the area and I will definitely be back.

I severely question the integrity of their products. After trying multiple products here, I felt unwell did not feel as if I got my moneys worth. In all honesty, it felt like something you’d buy out of someone’s garage and that disappointing considering its medical grade. I also had encounters with very un friendly staff. In asking questions about their products, I was met with degradation and disrespect. This was hurtful and deterred me from furthering my business there. It also seems to me that they were so baked that they couldn’t form even a coherent sentence. I did give this place quite a few tries. As I was unsure if my experience was based on one person. I had multiple unpleasant experiences. The only staff I found helpful and knew what they were talking about was a gentleman named Joseph. He worked with me to tailor the products to my needs for chronic pain. Considering all things, I would not recommend trying this business. There are plenty of other shops to where you can find better quality and integral teams.

Purple co had their 420 weekend. It was a blast!!!! their prices are great, product is amazing and the staff are amazing humans
